Create Your Own Tumbler

I had such a terrible experience that I do not know were to begin. I placed an order for 4 tumblers for Christmas. I asked if they could be done by the 19th because I was going out of town. She said yes. I was sent markups for 3 designs that I loved and 1 that that needed a few changes. Communication was ok up until that point. Then I didn't hear from her for 8 days and she still had not made the corrections. I had to call her from someone elses phone to get a response. Then she said she would get them to me after work on the 19th. Although I was supposed to have left that morning, I waited. She never showed up. On the 20th she wrote at 6am saying she would get them to me by 10 so I waited again. 10 came and went and I have not heard from her. She is no longer responding to my messages. Unfortunately, I had to go ahead and leave town because I had already lost 2 of our vacation days waiting for her. I will be disputing the charges with my bank and hopefully I can find last minute Christmas gifts as it is Dec 22. I do not recommend shopping here if you expect to receive your order or basic communication and customer service.
